Prices This price list is issued by the drugs (price control) order 1995. All prices given in this list are understood to be ex-go down of our stockiest  or depots. All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
Taxes All prices given in this list are inclusive of excise duty but exclusive of all other applicable taxes.
Payments Supplies are made against advance payment along with order.
Freight All orders of the value of Rs. 10000/- net and over will be supplied. F.O.R. destination by the cheapest route if the goods are required to be sent by post, half the postage will be charged on heavyitem. The difference between the postage charge and the transport freight will be charged.
Breakage Our products are packed with utmost care and are forwarded at customer's risk. However if the customers wishes the consignments are insured for all risk during transit and claims for breakage and storages will be considered provided all necessary formalities as required by the insurance company are completed by customers. Insurance charges are to be bear by customers.
Drug License Our customers are required to furnish the details of their drug license no's date of their validity, sales tax & tin numbers. Failure to do so may result in delay of execution of orders.
  All disputes are subject to Jodhpur Jurisdiction only.
